Our services are normally tailored for each client, however normally the minimum requirement is to perform regular scheduled internal and external inspections to assess any likely issues such as attempted security breaches, water leaks, damage to walls and roofing.
We follow up the visit, providing a report on the property general condition and any issues found. After which we provide any estimates of works as required. Once we receive client approval for any works, we liaise with whoever is responsible for the property management, planning work around your guest bookings to complete any tasks required.

We are closely affiliated with Cotswold Property Manager, a specialist local Company, providing Management of Airbnb/Holiday Lets and Second Homes, being conveniently based between Burford and Northleach.
Our approach
We arrange an initial telephone or video call at a time convenient to you. The purpose of this call is for you to explain what your expectations are from a service, and how we can help.
The onsite meeting helps us better understand the property and is our chance to meet fact to face, we will again discuss expectations and deliverables of the service.
Now that we have all of the information, we will provide a written estimate for our services. This will include the monthly charging mechanism, inclusive services, and indicative costs for ad hoc services.
Once agreed, we will ask you to approve our estimate, and provide you with a copy of our terms.
Once we have agreed terms, we will schedule the first site visit.
Each site visit will have an inspection report, normally the first report is a little larger as we are likely to find more things which may require attention.
We will create an action log, and WhatsApp group to enhance communication effectiveness.
The action log is web based and will be editable by both parties. This allows you to approve any works, and also for us both to be able to add and comment on any areas which may need attention.
Invoicing for the monthly service shall be at the end of each closed month. Any ad hoc services may be invoiced upon completion of works.
