Our approach
We arrange an initial telephone or video call at a time convenient to you. The purpose of this call is for you to explain what your expectations are from a service, and how we can help.
The onsite meeting helps us better understand the property and is our chance to meet fact to face, we will again discuss expectations and deliverables of the service.
Now that we have all of the information, we will provide a written estimate for our services. This will include the monthly charging mechanism, inclusive services, and indicative costs for ad hoc services.
Once agreed, we will ask you to approve our estimate, and provide you with a copy of our terms.
Once we have agreed terms, we will schedule the first site visit.
Invoicing will vary depending on the project.
For small jobs we may invoice on completion, other large projects will have staged payments often with a sum upfront, mid project and project completion. We will agree these terms with you at project discussions.
