We were delighted to be instructed to renovate a lovely little cottage in Burford. Here are a few pictures of the courtyard garden.
We began by removing all of the old patio, concrete, sheds and gravel.
Installing a soak away sump, drainage against the property and laying down concrete for the gas store, and hard core for a sound base for the patio to seat.
We then used some lovely mixed length limestone slabs, and matching tread steps as upstands for the inbuilt planters.
Finally we had a bespoke Oak table made using traditional methods and left to age naturally.
The result is a beautiful, bright and uniform courtyard garden for the owners to enjoy many sunny days in.
